Lemongrass essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the fresh and partially dried leaves (grass). It is very refreshing and relaxing and is commonly used as an insect repellent. Lemongrass oil helps to revive a tired mind and is a great tonic to revitalise the body.
It blends well with other citrus oils such as Bergamot, Lemon and Orange and is often used as an insect repellent.
