Mobility Aromatherapy Blend 10ml

A natural aromatherapy blend to soothe and relieve aching muscles and joints with warming Ginger, Cinnamon and Fennel

Cooling Peppermint, Eucalytpus and Rosemary help to provide and natural pain relieving action when massaged into the skin. Cinnamon, Fennel and Ginger warm the muscles and help to repair and restore.

Ingredients:

Essential Oils Include: Picea Excelsa (Spruce) Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphora) Bark Oil , Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil , Thymus Mastichina (Thyme) Oil, Cedrus Deodara (Cedarwood) Bark Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil , Foeniculum Vulgare (Sweet Fennel) Oil, Eucalyptus Citriodora Leaf Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Betula Alba (Birch) Oil.

Uses:

To create a compress:

Add 4 or 5 drops of Mobility to a bowl of warm water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the desired area.

To Use as a Massage Oil Blend

Suitable for most adults, blend 3 to 5 drops of Mobility in 10ml of carrier oil and massage into the affected area.

For a Rejuvenating Soak:

Dilute up to 8 drops in a carrier oil or bath oil and add to warm runnning water for an easing bath.
